Temperature and the presence of soil microorganisms has a major influence on the colonization of soil by a white-rot fungus Pleurotus ostreatus. The 10°C increase of temperature can lead to 8-10fold increase of enzymatic activity.

Teplota a přítomnost půdních mikroorganismů má velký vliv na růst houby Pleurotus ostreatus v půdě. Zvýšení teploty o 10°C vede často k několikanásobnému růstu enzymatické aktivity.
