On the example of coal from a bore realized in the Čeladná-Krásná prospecting area in the southern part of the Upper Silesian basin, evaluation is documented of the textural character of the coal from the viewpoint of gas-bearing and its correlation with gas permeability, and particularly with respect to predicating ability of the laboratory determined methane partial volumes according to the mode of binding and bearing by comparing with gas yield found by a container test of the bore core.

Na příkladu uhlí z vrtu v průzkumném území Čeladná-Krásná je dokumentováno posouzení jak texturního charakteru uhlí z hlediska plynonosnosti a jeho korelace s plynorozpustností, tak posouzení vypovídací schopnosti laboratorního zjištění potenciální plynonosnosti porovnáním s plynodajností zjištěnou kontejnerovou zkouškou vrtného jádra.
