Tea contains many healthy compounds. Among them, the catechins act as important antioxidants. We are looking for a treatment of tealeaves in order to improve industrial extraction process and infusion, especially at room temperature. The instantaneous controlled pressure drop process DIP is convenient for this aim.

Čaj obsahuje mnohé molekuly s terapeutickým účinkem, např. katechiny, které působí jako antioxidanty. Tato práce sleduje vývoj procedury pro výrobu čajového nálevu za pokojových teplot. Za tímto účelem byla studována technologie s řízenou expanzí do vakua.
