This article deals with accumulation on the surface of spent grains: a biocatalyst for brewing Aaplication.

Článek se zabývá a sledováním akumulace pivovarských kvasinek na povrchu mláta v průběhu kontinuální fermentace . Sledování bylo prováděno pomocí flurescenčního spektrofotometru HITACHI. Byla sledována fluorescence NAD(P)H a rozdíly v hydrofobicitě nosiče s buňkami byly určovány po vybarvení Nilskou červeň.
