    Explicit solvent molecular dynamics simulations of K-turn motifs have been carried out in order to investigate their intrinsic structural and dynamical properties. The simulations reveal a dynamical flexibility of the K-turns.

    S použitím simulací pomocí molekulové dynamiky v explicitním solventu byly zkoumány strukturní a dynamické vlastnosti K-turn motivů. Simulace ukázaly dynamickou flexibilitu těchto motivů.
