Hf-doped Sb2Te3 crystals were characterized by measurement of optical, transport and thermoelectric properties. Influence of Hf-doping on thermoelectric efficinency is presented.

Krystaly Sb2Te3 dopované hafniem byly charakterizovány měřením optických, transportních a termoelektrických vlastností. Je ukázán vliv dopace na termoelektrickou účinnost.
