Some physical and optical properties of thermally evaporated thin films of AsS and As-S-TI composition were studied. It was found that addition of Tl into As2S3 leads to increas of refractive index and decrease of optical band-gap.

Byly studovány některé fyzikální a optické vlastnosti tenkých vrstev AsS a As-S-Tl připravených vakuovým napařováním. Bylo zjištěno, že přídavek Tl do As2S3 vede k růstu indexu lomu a poklesu optické šířky zakázaného pásu.
