    We have completed the studies on the structural and mechanical properties of 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-phosphatidylcholine and the strol cholesterol binary mixtures by slow pressure scanning SAXS measurements and have extended these studies including 2 other plant sterols, sitosterol and sigmasterol.

    Byly dokončeny studie strukturních mechanických vlastností 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-fosfatidylcholine a sterol cholesterol binárních směsí pomocí pomalého tlakového rastrovacího SAXS a rozšířeny na další rostlinné steroly - sitosterol a sigmasterol.
