The porcine genes for transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGFB1) and transforming growth factor–beta receptor, type I TGFBR1) were mapped by linkage analysis and on the IMpRH panel. TGFB1 was mapped to chromosome 6, between genes LIPE and A1BG, and TGFBR1 was assigned to chromosome 1, between loci SW803 and SW705.
Gen prasete pro transformační růstový faktor-beta 1 (TGFB1) a gen pro receptor pro transformační růstový faktor-beta, typ I (TGFBR1) byly mapovány vazbovou analýzou a na IMpRH panelu. TGFB1 byl mapován na chromozóm 6, mezi geny LIPE a A1BG, a TGFBR1 by lokalizován na chromozóm 1, mezi lokusy SW803 a SW705.
