CeO2 has a high dielectric quality factor Q value of 10 000 at 6 GHz with a relative permitivity of 23, and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of -53 ppm/oC. The Q value increases to 20 0000 at 6 GHz when the CeO2 is doped with 1 mol% CaCO3.

    CeO2 má vysokou dielektrickou kvalitu Q= 10000 při 6 GHz , relativní permitivitu 23 a teplotní koeficient rezonanční frekvence -53 ppm/oC. Kvalita vzroste na 20000 při 6 GHz když se CeO2 dopuje 1 % CaCO3
