In this work, ellipsometric invetigation of high temperature phase transitions in PbZr_0.235Ti_0.765O₃(PZT) and (Zn_0.7Li_0.3)O thin films are presented. Ellipsometric measurements were performed by means of a J.A.Woollam spectral ellipsometer operating in rotating analyzer mode

V této práci je prezentováno studium vysoko-teplotních fázových přechodů v PZT a (ZnLi)O vrstvách. Elepsometrická měřeni byla prováděna pomocí spektrálního elipsometru s rotujícím analyzátorem J.A.Woollam
