The participants of the General Assembly discussed and evaluated the most recent discoveries and observations in all astronomical and astrophysical topics. The program of the GA consisted of 6 symposia, 17 joint discussions, 7 special sessions, the debates of young astronomers and women in astronomy.
Účastníci Valného shromáždění diskutovali a hodnotili nejnovější objevy a pozorování ze všech oblastí astronomie a astrofyziky. V rámci Valného shromáždění proběhlo 6 symposií, 17 joint disscusions, 7 speciálních sekcí, uskutečnila se setkání mladých astronomů a žen-astronomek.
