The paper deals with “optical hardware” for optical sensors. The attention is focused on optical elements - planar waveguides, specialty optical fibers (materials, structures, coatings), their processing and comparison. The technologies are mentioned only briefly.
Článek se zabývá optickým hardware pro optické sensory. Pozornost je soustředěna na optické elementy – planární vlnovody a speciální optická vlákna (materiály, struktury a pokryvy), jejich zpracování a vzájemné porovnání. Technologie jsou zmíněny krátce.
