We described the ability of Pt(IV) complex LA-12 to inhibit proliferation, induce apoptosis and cause cell cycle arrest in the cancer cell line SK-OV-3.
V naší práci jsme popsali schopnost platinového komplexu LA-12 inhibovat proliferaci, způsobovat apoptózu a zástavu v buněčném cyklu u nádorové buněčné linie SK-OV-3.
