    It appears that ischemia/reperfusion injury involves the opeming of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP). In the adult myocardium, this process can be prevented by Sanglifehrin A (SfA), a potent inhibitor of MPTP. The aim of the present study was to answer the question whether SfA protects also the immature heart

    Zdá se, že v mechanismu ischemicko-reperfusního poškození hraje roli otevření MPT póru a tento proces lze u dospělých blokovat Sanglifehrinem A. Cílem této práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda SfA může působit protektivně i v nezralém myocardu
