Carp pituitary proteins and glycoproteins were separated by the combination of immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) and affinity chromatography on Con A-Sepharose.
Proteiny z kapřích hypofýz byly izolovány afinitní chromatografií, identifikovány a byly určeny struktury oligosacharidů v beta podjednotce tyreotropního hormonu.
