The possibility of the direct measurement of the magnetocaloric effect using the commercial PPMS, Quantum Design, has been explored on the TbAl2. The direct measurement agrees with the value calculated from the specific heat experiments

Možnost přímého měření magnetokalorického jevu v komerční aparatuře PPMS, Quantum Design, je dokumentována na TbAl-2. Přímé měření dobře souhlasí s hodnotou vypočtenou z měření měrných tepel.
