Histone deacetylase inhibitors caused changes in the levels and nuclear patterns of H3(K9), H3(K4) di-methylations, H3(K9) acetylation and HP1 proteins. Remarkable changes were especially induced at nuclear periphery that seems to be a very dynamic nuclear compartment. Hyperacetylated and H3(K4) di-methylated nuclear environment had an immense influence on dissociation of HP1 alpha protein from centromeric heterochromatin.
Inhibitory histon deacetyláz způsobují změny v množství a v jaderném uspořádání H3(K9), H3(K4) di-methylací, H3(K9) acetylací a HP1 proteinů. Významné modifikace byly pozorovány obzvláště na jaderné periferii, která představuje velmi dynamický jaderný kompartment. Hyperacetylace a zvýšená H3(K4) dimethylace měla významný vliv na disociaci HP1 proteinů s centromerickým heterochromatinem.
