A simple prototype of a miniature collection device based on a strip of the bare molybdenum foil is capable of collecting hydride-forming elements. Influence of trapping temperature, modification of the foil surface with noble metals – Ir, Pt and Rh, distance between the orifice of the injection capillary and the strip, argon carrier gas flow rate and composition of the gaseous phase (argon-hydrogen-oxygen) was investigated. Some mutual interference effects of co-generated hydride forming elements were also studied.
Molybdenový pásek je schopen zachytávat hydridotvorné prvky. Byl zkoumán vliv teploty kolekce, modifikace povrchu Ir, Pt a Rh, vzdálenosti injekční kapiláry od folie, průtoku argonu a složení plynné fáze (argon-vodík-kyslík) na účinnost záchytu Sb a Bi. Byly též zkoumány vzájemné interferenční efekty společně generovaných hydridotvorných prvků.
