    The new panthotenate producing Corynebacterium glutamicum strain, carrying deletion of ilvA gene and promoter down-mutation P-ilvEM3 as well as duplicated copies of the panBC operon, was constructed. Metabolic flux analysis during fermentation demonstrated that the P-ilvEM3 mutation reoriented carbon flux towards pantothenate biosynthesis

Analýza metabolických toků během fermentace prokázala, že mutace P-ilvEM3 reorientovala tok uhlíku směrem k biosyntéze pantothenátu
