New analogues of bradykinin were obtained by acylation of the N-terminus of D-Arg-Arg-Pro-Hyp-Gly-Thr-Ser-D-Phe-Thi-Arg peptide. The activity of analogues was assessed on blood pressure and in uterotonic in vitro tests.
