Tato kapitola pojednává o sektoru energetiky a snižování emisí v něm. První část kapitoly se věnuje energetické transformaci na evropské i národní úrovni. Druhá část pojednává o podpoře obnovitelných zdrojů energie, a to jak v EU, tak v ČR. Třetí část kapitoly analyzuje otázku energetické účinnosti, včetně právní úpravy na evropské i národní úrovni.
This chapter deals with the energy sector and emissions reduction in it. The first part of the chapter focuses on the energy transition at the European and national level. The second part deals with the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources, both in the EU and in the Czech Republic. The third part of the chapter analyses the issue of energy efficiency, including legislation at the European and national level.
