Autorka v příspěvku hodnotí působení tří slovenských uměleckých šéfů (Silvester Lavrík, Dodo Gombár a Patrik Lančarič) v Městském divadle Zlín od roku 1993 až do současnosti. Všímá si dlouhodobé spolupráce slovenských režisérů s daným divadlem a dramaturgického zaměření jejich činnosti. V krátkosti představuje vybrané inscenace těchto režisérů a vřazuje je do kontextu uměleckého směřování divadla.

In the article, the author evaluates the work of three Slovak artistic chiefs (Silvester Lavrík, Dodo Gombár and Patrik Lančarič) at the Zlín Municipal Theatre from 1993 to the present. He notices the long-term cooperation of Slovak directors with the given theatre and the dramaturgical focus of their activities. It briefly presents selected productions of these directors and places them in the context of the artistic direction of the theatre.
