Volba přístupu k eutanazii je významným etickým i právním problémem, který je v současné době velmi citlivý. Tato část je zaměřena specificky na srovnání jednotlivých právních úprav v zahraničí. Soustředí se zejména na úpravu ve státech, ve kterých byla za určitých právně vymezených podmínek umožněna aktivně vyžádaná eutanazie nebo asistovaná sebevražda. Také poukazuje na současný stav v České republice.
Choosing an approach to euthanasia is a major ethical and legal issue that is currently very sensitive. This part is focused specifically on a comparation of particular legal regulations abroad. In particular, it focuses on legislation in countries where active voluntary euthanasia or assisted suicide has been allowed under certain legal conditions. It also deals with the legal situation in the Czech Republic.
