Článek analyzoval závěr Ústavního soudu, který chybně spojil podíl v družstvu s majetkem samotného družstva. Cílem bylo poukázat na metodologické pochybení a vybočení ze standardu korporačního práva.

The article analyzed the conclusion of the Constitutional Court, which incorrectly linked the share in the cooperative with the property of the cooperative itself. The aim was to point out a methodological error and a departure from the standard of corporate law.
