Příspěvek se věnuje aktuálnímu rozhodnutí Nejvyššího soudu o možnosti analogické aplikace úpravy změny nadační listiny i pro účely změn zakladatelských jednání nadačních fondů a jeho implikacím.

The paper deals with the current decision of the Supreme Court on the possibility of analogous application of the conditions for the amendment of the foundation charter also for the purpose of changes in the founding act of the endowment funds and its implications.
