Článek se zabývá projektem Právnického elektronického slovníku (PES).Smyslem projektu bylo vytvořit program, dostupný na Internetu, který umožňuje analyzovat užití právních termínů v doktrinálním právním jazyku (učebnice), v právních korpusech (zákonný jazyk a jazyk judikatury) a v korpusu obecného základu jazyka. Program je doplněn lingvistickým modulem, který obsahuje lingvistické metody aplikovatelné na všechny uvedené korpusy. Článek se soustředí především na jeden aspekt programu PES, tj. na právnický slovník z oblasti doktríny. Článek zmiňuje jako příklad praktické použití programu ve výuce teorie práva.

The article deals with the project called Legal Electronic Dictionary.The goal of the project was to create an on-line application, which makes possible the analysis of the usage of legal terms in the doctrinal language of law (textbooks), in legal corpuses (legislative language, language of jurisprudence) and in the general corpus of the Czech language. The second part of the project includes a module for linguistics analysis. The article mainly focuses on one part of the project, on legal dictionary in the field of legal doctrine. The article demonstrates the practical use of the programme on the Theory of Law classes.
