Článek se zabývá studiem politik regenerace v Praze. Po úvodní části, která se věnuje vymezením teoretických východisek a představení zahraničních zkušeností s prostorově orientovanými politikami regenerace rezidenčních čtvrtí ve městě, se článek zaměřuje na analýzu situace ve dvou vybraných městských částech Prahy.

The article examines regeneration policies in Prague. After introducing the concept of regeneration and regeneration theories and reviewing foreign cases of regeneration of problem neighbourhoods, the authors analyse the situation in Prague focusing on two selected city districts.
