Publikace se obsáhle zabývá obdobím půlročního předsednictví České republiky Radě Evropské unie v roce 2009. Autoři hodnotí české předsednictví kladně, což autorka recenze pokládá za významné ocenění.

The publication extensively deals with a half-year period of the Czech presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2009.
