    Melissa officinalis, Agrimonia eupatoria, Sambucus nigra, Achillea millefolium, Filipendula ulmaria, Betula pendula and Glechoma hederacea were selected as common European medicinal herbs and sources for tea infusion preparations. Quercetin, rutin, catechin, chlorogenic acid, and squalene were determined in the prepared infusions.
