Based on stratigraphic model of the effusive basaltic rock superposition in the České středohoří Mts. The geochemical characteristics of individual formations were established. Trachybasaltic rocks only substantially differ from mutually geochemically indistinguishable basanitic rock group. Geochemical characteristics of the Lower Fm. rocks indicate influence of more different sources on the parental magma. From trace element and isotopic data and modelling of magma evolution during assimilation-fractional crystallization process implies, that the rocks of Lower Fm. and Uppermost Fm. formed from more primitive magma derived from depleted mantle and influenced by HIMU-OIB plume component. The rocks of Upper Fm. represent the more evolved magma that formed from the more primitive magma by the AFC process. According the K-Ar dating the volcanic activity in the main formations overlapped and it major activity is concentrated in between 22 and 27 Ma.
