We construct a new measure of knowledge capital as an aggregate production factor in the sense of Lucas and employ it in a standard growth and variance accounting exercise.

V této práci navrhujeme nový způsob měření znalostního kapitálu (knowledge capital) jako faktor agregátní produkce v Lucasově pojetí a ten pak užíváme ve standardních růstových a variačních dekompozicích.
