The article summarizes in a synoptical manner the hitherto obtained knowledge on possibilities of pharmacological modulation of hematopoietic processes in experiments on animals by administration of substances modulating non-selectively adenosine membrane receptors (combination of dipyridamole and adenosine monophosphate), and by administration of synthetic agonists of adenosine receptors, more or less selective for individual receptor subtypes.

Článek přehlednou formou shrnuje doposud získané znalosti o možnostech farmakologické modulace krvetvorných procesů v pokusech na zvířatech podáním látek, neselektivně aktivujících adenosinové membránové receptory (kombinace dipyridamolu a adenosinmonofosfátu), a aplikací syntetických agonistů adenosinových receptorů, více či méně selektivních pro jednotlivé receptorové subtypy.
