We present arguments supported by several examples showing that the relativistic time dilation observed in frames affected by gravitational and non-gravitational forces are different being thus inconsistent with the Equivalence Principle. This inconsistency questions validity of the standard interpretations of the Equivalence Principle or of the twin paradox in accelerated frames.
