Modification of carbon nanotubes is necessary for their good dispersion in non-aqueous and non-polar environments. The aim of this work was to describe the influence of preparation conditions on the dispersion of nanotubes and the properties of conductive composites based on polyolefins. In particular, the influence of filler concentration on the resulting structural characteristics and mechanical and electrical properties of the composites was studied. The preparation of the carrier of modified CNTs and the properties of composite materials with a thermoplastic matrix were optimized. It was shown that the method of preparation of the carrier significantly affects the structure of the resulting composite and thus its properties, especially electrical conductivity and flow behavior. These results are important for the development of hybrid electronic systems on a flexible substrates.
