Description: This archive contains all data related to liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization analysis of all in vitro samples collected during the cultivation of Scedosporium apiospermum and Lomentospora prolificans. Next, this archive contains all data necessary for the identification and quantitation of siderophores coprogens and ferricrocin, followed by tandem mass spectrometry data of two novel scedocyclins characterized in Scedosporium boydii. A detailed description of all the data is written in the extra txt file "readme-contents-of-directory".
