In-situ preconcentration and subsequent atomization of antimony hydride (stibane) is studied by means of laser induced fluorescence (LIF) providing information on time-resolved spatial distribution of free Sb atoms and their absolute concentration within a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma atomizer.
