Kapitola popisuje tvar a výzdobu kování, která tvořila součást velkomoravských honosných opasků i mečových pásů. Celkový vzhled pásů i složení souprav kování bylo významně inspirováno soudobými franskými předlohami.
The chapter describes the shape and decoration of the fittings, which formed part of the Great Moravian lavish belts and sword-belts. The overall appearance of the belts and the composition of the fitting sets were significantly inspired by contemporary Frankish designs.
