Kapitola shrnuje hlavní výrobní a výzdobné techniky používané při zhotovování ženských šperků z drahých kovů a honosných součástí mužské výstroje. Řemeslníci, kteří tyto předměty vyráběli pro velkomoravské aristokraty, žili na hradištích spolu s nimi; přímo o životě těchto řemeslníků toho však archeologické prameny vypovídají jen poměrně málo.
The chapter summarizes the main production and decoration techniques used for making women's jewellery from precious metals and lavish parts of men's warrior gear. The craftsmen who fabricated these items for the members of the Great Moravian nobility lived in the strongholds with them. However, archaeological record provides relatively scarce information about the life of these craftsmen.
