Technické řešení se týká terénní soupravy pro odběr a filtraci vzorků vody obsahující biologický materiál, resp. jeho fragmenty. Typickou oblastí využití je terénní monitoring mikrobiálních společenstev i kvantifikace žádoucích/patogenních mikroorganismů čí vícebuněčných organismů ve vodním prostředí a jejich genetický výzkum.

The technical solution concerns a field kit for taking and filtering water samples containing biological material, or its fragments.
