NMR metabolomics was used to identify metabolic changes in pancreatic cancer (PC) blood plasma samples and to construct predictive models to identify individuals at risk of developing PC among patients with recently diagnosed diabetes mellitus. Such an approach could improve the current state of PC
diagnosis and subsequent outcomes.
