Publikace si klade za cíl inspirovat okolí. Katalog si neklade za cíl být nový nebo originální, dává hlavně přehled o možnostech na konkrétním místě, pevnosti Terezín. Jedná se o jedny z prvních možností, ale je jich mnohem více. Samozřejmostí je, že nejde o vytvoření krásných obrazů, ale o funkční prvky. Fantazii a možnostem se meze nekladou – vycházet z analýz, místních průzkumů, mezioborové spolupráce a dalších faktorů k holistickému přístupu je vždy nutností.V publikaci Jsou shrnuty výsledky floristického v ýzkumu a rešerše faunistických údajů Velké a Malé pevnosti Terezín a jejich nejbližšího okolí v letech 2019–2022. V území se v posledních zhruba deseti letech nacházelo v nejvyšší mezinárodní kategorii CR 8 druhů, v kategorii EN 18 druhů, v kategorii VU 39 druhů, v kategorii NT 54 druhů a v kategorii L C 11 druhů. Tomu odpovídá národní měřítko, kdy pod zákon o ochraně přírody a krajin y č. 114/1992 Sb., spadá celkem 79 druhů, z čehož 11 v kategorii kriticky ohrožených, 42 v kategorii silně ohrožených a 26 v kategorii ohrožených. Jedná se o mimořádně cenné území, které si zaslouží specifický management srovnatelný se z vláště chráněným územím.

This document aims to inspire those around us. The catalogue does not aim to be new or original, it mainly gives an overview of the possibilities in a particular place, the Terezín Fortress. This is one of the first possibilities, but there are many more. Of course, it is not about creating beautiful images, but about functional elements. There are no limits to imagination and possibilities - drawing on analyses, local research, interdisciplinary cooperation and other factors for a holistic approach is always a must.The publication summarizes results of the floristic research and search of faunistic data of the Large and Small Fortress Terezín and their immediate surroundings in the years 2019-2022In the last ten years or so, the territory has contained 8 species in the highest international category CR, 18 species in the EN category, 39 species in the VU category, 54 species in the NT category and 11 species in the LC category. This corresponds to the national scale, where a total of 79 species fall under the Nature and Landscape Protection Act No. 114/1992 Coll., of which 11 are in the critically endangered category, 42 in the severely threatened category and 26 in the endangered category. These are extremely valuable lands that deserve specific management comparable to specially protected areas.
