Příručka Jak na genderově senzitivní komunikaci v instituci představuje praktický návod pro zavádění senzitivního jazyka a komunikace na všech úrovních. Poukazuje na to, jakým způsobem vznikají reprezentace založené na genderových stereotypech, a jaké důsledky tyto reprezentace mají na oblast vědy a výzkumu. Cílem příručky je poskytnout srozumitelný výklad včetně návodu, jak senzitivní jazyk a komunikaci začlenit do organizační kultury instituce.

Gender Sensitive Communication in an Institution: a Handbook is a practical guide for implementation of gender sensitive language and communication at all levels. It highlights how representations based on gender stereotypes emerge, and also maps the implications and consequences of these representations for science and research. The aim of the handbook is to provide a clear interpretation, including guidance on how to integrate sensitive language and communication into the organisational culture of an institution.
