Kapitola se zaměřuje na poutě do Horní Police v 18. století, tedy na vrcholy jejich slávy. Prameny dovolují rekonstrukci počtu příchozích poutníků a identifikaci jejich regionálního původu, což je shrnuto v mapě. Druhá část kapitoly se věnuje šíření kultu Panny Marie Polické Annou Marií Františkou Toskánskou. Ta vlastnila panství Horní Police a umisťovala sochy a obrazy polické madony v kostelích a na dalších významných místech svých statků.

The chapter focuses on the Horní Police pilgrimage site during the 18th century when it was at its peak of the fame. The sources allow to reconstruct the number of pilgrims and to identify their regional origin which is summarized in a map. The second part of the chapter analyses the spread of the cult of the Virgin Mary of Police by Anna Maria Francisca of Toscana. She owned the manor of Horní Police and placed images of the Virgin in churches and other important places of her estates.
