Studie vychází z řady mikrosond, má však povahu soubornou: je věnována „obrazům kulturní krajiny“ jako celku. Jejich roli v době jejich vzniku a poplatně záměrům objednavatelů, stejně jako jejich roli dnešní (v tomto případě především ve smyslu historických pramenů).

The article, based on a series of micro-examinations, is dedicated to “images of the cultural landscape” as a whole, their role when they were created, their uses for the people that ordered them, and their role today (in this case primarily as a historical source).
