Předkládané řešení poskytuje farmaceutický přípravek sestávající z účinné složky a alespoň jedné farmaceuticky přijatelné pomocné látky, přičemž alespoň 30 % hmotnostních účinné složky je tvořeno 2,3- dehydrosilybinem B a zbytek do 100 % hmotnostních účinné složky je tvořen dalšími složkami silymarinu. Dále předkládané řešení poskytuje kombinovaný farmaceutický přípravek sestávající z první účinné složky, druhé účinné složky a alespoň jedné farmaceuticky přijatelné pomocné látky, přičemž alespoň 30 % hmotnostních první účinné složky je tvořeno 2,3- dehydrosilybinem B a zbytek do 100 % hmotnostních účinné složky je tvořen dalšími složkami silymarinu, a druhá účinná složka je antibiotikum vybrané ze skupiny gentamicin, chloramfenikol a klindamycin. Oba přípravky jsou vhodné pro léčbu lékově rezistentních infekcí

The solution submitted provides a pharmaceutical preparation consisting of an active ingredient and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein at least 30% by weight of the active ingredient is made up of 2,3-dehydrosilybin B and the rest of up to 100% by weight of the active ingredient is made up of other components of silymarin. The solution submitted further provides a combined pharmaceutical preparation consisting of a first active ingredient, a second active ingredient and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein at least 30% by weight of the first active ingredient is made up of 2,3-dehydrosilybin B and the rest of up to 100% by weight of the active ingredient is made up of other silymarin components, and the second active ingredient is an antibiotic selected from the group of gentamicin, chloramphenicol and clindamycin. Both preparations are suitable for the treatment of drug-resistant infections
