Undoubtedly, Nanofluids usage evolved as promising technologies in the area of energy harvesting, conversion, and storage developments. Different types of nanofluids such as water-based, oil-based, ethylene-glycol-based, EG/water-based have shown numerous characteristics and other properties widely used for potential applications. However, enhanced thermophysical properties and stability are exciting factors involving high-end preparation techniques. This chapter provides the recent advancements in nanofluid analysis, including different nanofluid types, synthesis methods, and applications of nanofluids, focusing on the challenges and future perspectives on nanofluid performance.
