In my paper, I will present the results of research that reflect, through 40 narrative interviews, the motives of active help and solidarity of Czech households that relied on the ways and mechanisms of memory work accelerated and evoked in the face of the Russian destructive military invasion of Ukraine. Through this, I will critically assess the intersections of migration, racial hierarchization (whiteness), and post-socialist memory culture in the Czech Republic.
