    Optically variable image device assuming the form of a planar optical structure, which comprises at least one planar primary area including micro or nano optical primitives or their sets forming said primary area of the planar optical structure, arranged such that an impinging light by interacting with said planar optical structure creates a visual perception of one image corresponding to a characteristic pattern of the respective combination of said three-dimensional phyllotactic model and said core model and, simultaneously, a different visual perception of another image or images corresponding to said graphic pattern. A method of preparing such optically variable image device is described as well.
