Práce shrnuje archeologické doklady kontaktů konce 6. a 7. století v Čechách, vytváří nový obraz symbolů elit na území Čech na základě kovových součástí kroje (spony, náramky, opasky). Dálkové kontakty jsou intenzivnější s jihovýchodem a východem, lze doložit i fungování hedvábné stezky alespoň do oblasti Kavkazu (Ledvice). Společnost obyvatel české kotliny v 6. a 7. století byla zjevně mnohem stratifikovanější, než předpokládalo starší české bádání.

The paper summarizes the archaeological evidence of the contacts of the end of the 6th and 7th centuries in Bohemia and creates a new image of the symbols of the elites in the territory of Bohemia based on the metal accessories of the costume (buckles, bracelets, belts). Long-distance contacts are more intense with the Southeast and the East and the functioning of the Silk Road can be documented as far as the Caucasus region at least (Ledvice). The society of the inhabitants of the Bohemian basin in the 6th and 7th centuries was obviously much more stratified than earlier Czech research has assumed.
